Условия получения скидки на квесты в День рождения

1. Only users registered at the Claustrophobia website are eligible for participation in the promotion.

2. Adding your birth date and email address to your personal account is mandatory for participation in the promotion.

3. A letter containing a promo code required to get a discount will be sent to the email address specified in your personal account.

— 7 days before birthday, if the user specifies the birth date in the personal account in advance;

— for new users, within 24 hours after the birth date is added to the personal account.

4. The promo code discount can only be redeemed within 7 days before birthday and within 10 days following it.

5. The promo code can be applied for an unlimited number of times. The discount is only valid for the period specified in the clause above.

6. The promo code shall be applied BEFORE paying for the game. The promo code can be applied to unpaid or partially paid games. The promo code cannot the applied to a fully paid game within the promotion period.

7. A photo ID with the owner’s birth date shall be presented on location prior to the game in order to confirm the birth date. A picture or a scan of such ID on the phone is acceptable.

8. The promotion discount is not totaled with other discounts.

9. Games of all formats in all Russian cities participate in the promotion, except for action games (Arcade, Action Game X).
